New tags, new deletions

• Upon KC's request, I've made 2 more headings for use on library web pages. They look like this:
http://www.ulm.edu/~niemla/h/lib.html

So that means:
h1- huge
h2 - big
h3 - normal
h4 - tiny

•Deleted today:
"holiday_files" folder
All older index page versions except "index1.html," which is for testing
